On the surface a tapas bar can look rather simple and unassuming. If it does, then the chances are good that the tapas served there are equally as genunine and fantastically tasty as you could hope for. It is quite an experience to eat tapas like the Spaniards do and if you combine these with wine from one of the region’s many vineyards, it is more than likely to be a taste sensation to remember.
